What should I know about arrival and the location?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and carry a fee. Casa Malca is at Km 9.5 on the Tulum–Boca Paila road in the Zona Hotelera, on the edge of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. A cenote is about a 5–6 minute walk away. The Tulum ruins are roughly a 14-minute drive. Guests should tell the hotel their arrival time in advance. Pets are welcome for a fee, up to one pet of 22 lbs.
